As associate director of the UVa Tibet Center, Bradley works to carry out the mission of the Center through the management of key programs such as the Education to Employment Initiative, academic exchange, and the Tibetan Sustainable Communities program.

Prior to working at the Tibet Center, he received a master’s degree and was working on his PhD studying contemporary Tibetan religion and culture at the University of Chicago. He left his academic studies in 2008 to serve as Operations Director at the Tibetan community service nonprofit Machik, where he worked until 2011.
